Drain Fly Infestation coming through the FLOOR!!

We've been dealing with a drain fly infestation for at least 1 year now. After multiple pest control, contractors, plumbers and the county sewer experts took a look, they kept saying they were coming from the drains and continued to treat the drains only. After quarantining rooms and taping off every corner of the kitchen and dining room, we finally discovered they are getting in the house FROM UNDERGROUND!!! So gross. Invitation Homes has dispatched their lead maintenance guy to fix this and hopefully we come to a quick solution!
