HOW I LOST A STONE (without working out)/ WHAT I DO/EAT IN A DAY

I make sure I do 10000 steps a day and I will eat around 1400/1500 calories a day (this will all depend on the individual as everyone’s calorie deficit is different)
Disclaimer- I am not a personal trainer and I am in no way trying to be. This is just what worked for ME PERSONALLY and I have uploaded this to not only keep myself motivated but in hope that this helps someone else that is feeling insecure from lockdown and thinks they can’t loose the weight without the gyms (this was me)
Would also like to mention I don’t count calories on a weekend I have just been trying to avoid takeaways however Ofcourse I eat plenty chocolate 🤩
