My package arrived in about a few days. They were fast.
It's the welcome package that includes the tablet , sensors, and straps.
My package included the charger but was missing:
charging cables for tablet (usb-c) and sensors (micro usb)
also missing the tablet stand.
I contacted support and they shipped me the missing accessories within a few days.
So far.. this package works... no real issues.. other then syncing the sensors to the tablet (which must be done at the beginning of every session).
That's it.
