When I got my air fryer... I never thought of this... and I'm sure their are a million videos about this... but... might as well make one more in case it can help someone.

There are some people who put aluminum foil at the bottom for their oven toaster. Why? It's so they can catch crumbs and other things like oil that can seep to the bottom of the toaster oven.

The same logic is applied with air fryer's with a basket or tray.
Basically, just take some foil (maybe even parchment paper) and place it below the tray/basket. And.. now.. you don't have to scrub your bottom of the air fryer pan.

Easy peasy! I wish they mentioned this in the owners manual.

You'll thank me when you make anything with:
crumbs: like bread, frys, or tator tots
oil: like bacon, pork chops, beef
sauces: again pork, beef, fishes
cheeses: like pizza...

Again,.. its a simple concept that people have been doing since the dawn of cooking.. just put something below it to catch the messy stuff. I hope this helps. Have a good one.
