My old ipad 2 keeps on filling up storage even though I cleared 3gb storage. Time for factory reset?

This is an ipad 2 circa 2011 with just 16gb of storage.
I have started using it again since one of my todllers wants to watch youtube kids and netflix.

No problem.. none of the family uses this ipad and the battery is still great.

Butt..... the problem is that it has some mystery app that's eating up storage
I can't figure it out????

So... i'm at the point where I'm thinking of factory resetting the ipad 2

Are you having this issue with your old ipad?

The ipad is just used for netflix, youtube kids, and pbs kids video.
The other apps... most of them I deleted so theres only like 10 game kids apps.
