How much is a Broker's Commission in Dubai? | Real Estate FAQs

In this video I explain the standard broker fees or commission for different types of transaction in the Dubai real estate market.
These commissions are the norm in the market but can be amended based on the agreement between the client and agent.

Rental - 5% of the annual rental fee
Sales - 2% of the purchase price from the seller and 2% from the buyer
Developer - Buying directly from the developer with an agent has a 0% fee.

Remember most brokers in Dubai work on no basic salary so their commission is the only means of making a living. Choose a broker carefully and use their expertise and knowledge to make the most of the fees that you are providing them for the service being given.
