Gobble | Choco Lava Cake | चॉकलेट केक | Valentine's Day Recipes

Choco Lava Cake
Ingredients:
½ cup refined flour
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
⅓ cup sugar, 75 grams sugar
½ cup cold water
2 tablespoons oil, sunflower or olive oil
½ tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract or ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence
1 bottle Veeba Chocolate Fudge Topping
Method:
1. Pour the Veeba Chocolate Fudge Topping into ice cube trays & freeze till solid.
2. Take a bowl and place a sieve on it. Add whole flour, salt, cocoa powder and baking soda, sift directly in the bowl.
3. In another bowl take sugar and cold water. Stir till all the sugar is dissolved.
4. Add oil and stir well.
5. Next add vanilla extract and lemon juice. Mix again.
6. Now add the wet ingredients in the dry ingredients. Mix very well.
7. Pour the batter in greased muffin cups.
8. Then place frozen Veeba Chocolate Fudge in the batter. Gently press them, so that they get immersed in the batter.
9. Bake the muffin cups at 180C for 20 mins, once baked, let them cool for 2-3 mins & invert.
10. Serve warm & garnish with icing sugar, Veeba Chocolate Fudge Topping.
