Gobble | Hot Chocolate Sticks

Ingredients:

250 g chocolate slab
20 g cocoa
50 g sugar
1/8th tsp salt
Few mini marshmallows
Coloured sprinkles
Preparation:

1. Melt chocolate on double boiler. Add sugar, salt and cocoa powder and mix till the mixture is smooth.

2. Pour into a piping bag and pipe into ice tray.

3. Place the Popsicle sticks into chocolate.

4. Chill the ice tray in freezer for 5-8 mins till it hardens and then demould.

5. For hot chocolate, in a cup of hot milk, stir the chocolate Popsicle till it completely dissolves

6. Gobble, gobble, gobble
