Gobble | Methi Poori | Home Style Poori

Prep Time:15 mins
Serves: 10 - 15 pooris
Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup besan
Salt to taste
½ cup chopped methi
1 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
Water as required
1 tbsp oil
Oil for frying
Method:
1. Take the ingredients for the pooris in a bowl, add water, oil & knead to a soft dough. Rest the dough for 15 minutes.
2. Roll out the dough & cut into circles.
3. Deep fry in oil till it puffs up & becomes crisp on all sides.
4. Serve hot with vegetable of your choice.
5. Gobble! Gobble! Gobble!
