What I Eat As A Calisthenics Athlete
Yo brothers,
I hope you enjoyed the video. It's a bit of a different one which literally has taken me loads of time to edit and whilst being recorded over several days. Let me know if you enjoyed and would want more videos like this. This is what I eat as a calisthenics athlete. To confirm - My diet isn't super clean and it doesn't have to; you just have to moderate. If you ensure you are in a caloric deficit, lowering sugars and far intake then you'll be sorted if you have challenge workouts that'll build you muscle. My daily intake is approximately 2300-2500 but I haven't tracked it in a while. I'm doing my intuition.
