Silky Steamed Egg Custard
Crack 3 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt.
Pour in warm water ( 220ml)
Stir well , then skim off the foam

Pineapple Ribs
Ingredients
600g ribs
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
450g pineapple (cubed)
2 green onions (sliced)
3 slices ginger
1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder (optional)
30g rock sugar
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
Marinate ribs with soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce for 15 minutes.
Layer pineapple at the bottom of a pressure cooker. Place marinated ribs on top, then add green onions, ginger, five-spice powder (if using) and rock sugar.
Cook on low pressure for 12 minutes. Release pressure naturally.
Switch to high heat, simmer to reduce the sauce until thickened.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
Tip: Tender, fall-off-the-bone texture with sweet fruity flavor—super easy and delicious!
Beef Stir-fry
Ingredients
200g beef (sliced thinly)
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp cornstarch

1 red bell pepper (sliced)
¼ tsp black pepper (ground)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
