Silky Steamed Egg Custard

Crack 3 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt.
Pour in warm water ( 220ml)
Stir well , then skim off the foam
Cover the bowl with a plate, Boil steamer water on high first, then steam on medium for 10 minutes
Sprinkle with chopped green onions, Add light soy sauce and a drizzle of sesame oil..

Pineapple Ribs

Ingredients​

600g ribs​
2 tbsp soy sauce​
1 tbsp dark soy sauce​
1 tbsp oyster sauce​
450g pineapple (cubed)​
2 green onions (sliced)​
3 slices ginger​
1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder (optional)​
30g rock sugar​
Sesame seeds (for garnish)​

Instructions​
Marinate ribs with soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce for 15 minutes.​
Layer pineapple at the bottom of a pressure cooker. Place marinated ribs on top, then add green onions, ginger, five-spice powder (if using) and rock sugar.​
Cook on low pressure for 12 minutes. Release pressure naturally.​
Switch to high heat, simmer to reduce the sauce until thickened.​
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.​

Beef Stir-fry

Ingredients​
200g beef (sliced thinly)​
1 tbsp light soy sauce​
1 tbsp oyster sauce​
1 tsp cornstarch​
1 tsp cooking oil (for marinating)​
½ tsp cooking oil (for stir-frying)​
1 small onion (sliced)​
1 red bell pepper (sliced)​
¼ tsp black pepper (ground)​
Pinch of salt​
Instructions​
Marinate beef with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, ground black pepper and 1 tsp cooking oil. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.​
Heat ½ tsp cooking oil in a wok/pan over high heat. Stir-fry marinated beef until browned, then set aside.​
In the same pan, stir-fry onion and red bell pepper briefly. Add a pinch of salt.​
Return beef to the pan, stir-fry all ingredients evenly for 1–2 minutes.​
Serve hot with rice (optional).​
