Learn Middle Splits In 3 Months! (4 Best Exercises To Do Every Day + Progress fast)

In this video I am joined by Vanja.moves and we show the 4 best exercises to achieve the middle splits including Isometric Split Holds, Straddle Ups and more! Vanja demonstrates the end goal, and then talks me through the exercises so that those of you who aren't very flexible (like me) can relate and learn how to progress. This video will give you a much better understanding of the stretches with tips and techniques for you to apply.

Do 3 sets of each exercise every day and you will notice them gradually get easier and you will feel a lot better with more range of motion!
