Tropical Storm Maysak, TD Laura - Tropical Weather Bulletin

Tropical Storm Maysak could rapidly intensify as it drags northwards towards the Japanese Ryukyu islands, with a major typhoon landfall in Okinawa possible. Maysak is also likely to affect South Korea and western parts of the main Japanese islands as a significant typhoon.

In the Atlantic, four areas of interest could develop in the next few days, with the Lesser Antilles on notice for possible activity.
Tropical Depression Laura is still active over the central United States, and is about to become a remnant low after its formidable landfall two days ago.

Tropical Storm Iselle could have a marginal window for intensification over the next couple of days as wind shear falls, but sea surface temperatures will also drop and the storm is on borrowed time.
