Cheddar Cheese Final Taste Test

This Cheddar Cheese has an exceptional flavour for a 6-month-old cheese. With the perfect crumbly texture and lingering aftertaste, this cheese will certainly feature on my next cheese platter when guests visit.

The only thing I would have changed would be the salt content. In future cheddars, I will add 2 Tablespoons, and not the 1.5 Tablespoons that I used for this cheese.
