The biggest cowards on the planet got caught beating up another innocent person to score a felony arrest. Eileen Decker has been in charge of Constitutional Policing for a year. Luna has been running the department for the same amount of time. Neither has contacted me or done a damn thing about these problems. Apparently they are only in it for a paycheck and I am supposed to do all their jobs for free. On the other hand the law in California might prevent them from lifting a finger to protect us from them. Even if that is the case, they should say that rather than cashing in half a million a year for empty promises they don't pretend to care about.
