70 Year Old Arrested Recording Police

Felony charges for recording police. Home owner who cares about his neighbors is hit with the usual unfounded PC 148 contempt of cop, has his wrists cut from tight cuffs and his phone is stolen as so called evidence. I wish it weren't true. Police can't pretend the injury or pc 148 charges were an honest mistake. Nor can they act like keeping his property is proper or justified. I will prove in court the vehicle was already scratched.
