Buzz of Delight - "Miracle" - 40 Watt Uptown, Athens, Ga. 10/19/84

"Miracle" by Buzz of Delight from their dB Records EP, 'Sound Castles". Consisting on Matthew Sweet and David Hannon Pierce, they were a short but interesting development in the Athens music scene. David from Oh-OK, becoming Atlanta's funk, taste-master, Romeo Cologne and Matthew from Nebraska becoming pop-meister Matthew Sweet. They opened this show for Oh-OK's final performance at the Broad Street location of the 40 Watt Uptown. Linda Hopper and Lynn Blakey were dancing on stage left and I guess I thought I was getting them in the shot. Didn't get as close up on the guys. Hey, it's Athens. art.
