So Much TO DO in COPENHAGEN!!!

Copenhagen has so many amazing things to do! We tried to fit at many of the city's top attractions into one day as we could.

Our morning started early at the lavish Rosenborg Castle where we got to see how royalty of the 17th century lived. The highlight was seeing Denmark's royal jewels and crowns stored deep in the basement.

After wandering around the castle grounds for a bit we built up an appetite and headed to a Copenhagen institution for a traditional Danish lunch. Schonnemann has been serving up delectable smorrebrod open face sandwiches since 1877. These dishes looked like artwork and had a taste to match.

To digest our food we went for a stroll through the nearby Botanical Gardens where we saw plants from around the words and got to marvel at some delicately beautiful butterflies.

Our last two sights took us high above the buildings to see the city from a different vantage point. First up was the Round Tower that spiraled up to the top of a 1700th century astronomical observatory. Then we went across town to the Church of Our Savior which has a unique spiral tower of its own. The church spire is actually a spiral staircase with wonderful albeit terrifying views of the whole city.

Our day was jam packed with so many things to do but we still have more coming in our next video!
