How To Make Crispy Kale Chips

These delicious and crunchy chips are slow baked to perfection. Loaded with vitamins, this superfood will make you feel good when snacking. Feel free to experiment with more favors by adding different seasonings. Don't buy over priced small bags of kale chips!

Ingredients (simple recipe)

2 bunches curly kale
1 tablespoon olive oil or sesame oil (if you add sesame oil it tastes similar to roasted seaweed snack)
1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients and massage into kale. Make sure your kale is washed, dried and the stems are removed. Remember water on kale will make them soggy. Spread them out on a baking sheet without overcrowding. Bake for 10 minutes at 300 F. Flip kale and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes or until crispy but not burnt. They should still be a vivid green color. Keep an eye on your kale chips as they can easily overbake. Enjoy!

Store in an air tight container once at room temperature.

If you find your chips not as crunchy the next day just place them in a preheated oven at 300 F for 2 minutes, hooray back to crunchy:)

If you are making larger batches remember to not overcrowd the baking sheet. This will result in soggy chips. Divide your batches and bake multiple times for best results.
