It's a busy tour out into Tasman. Starting off at Gravity vineyard for some wine tasting, seeing the 4-tiered structure and understanding how gravity wine making works.

Then Forsters for lunch, their food all taking advantage of the locally grown products in the area.

Neudorf Olives for a quick taste (sadly no sunny walk out into the fields on this day) before exploring the Old Post Office and wrapping up at The Moutere Inn — New Zealand's oldest pub.
