10-MIN MARTIAL ARTS CARDIO WORKOUT (FOLLOW ALONG!)
Follow along this martial arts conditioning with Oliver "The Future" Enkamp (ex-UFC, Bellator pro fighter). If you practice Karate, Thai Boxing, Taekwondo or MMA, this training will improve your VO2 max and anaerobic capacity (lactic acid threshold) tremendously. A quick warm up and dynamic flexibility is included. Filmed at the Enkamp martial arts centre in Stockholm, Sweden.
