10-MIN KARATE WORKOUT FOR KATA (FOLLOW ALONG!)

Follow along this Karate training you can practice at home. Suitable for beginners and kids too. All you need is a kata to workout with (i.e. Unsu, Saifa, Kanku Dai, Bassai Dai).

This also works for Kempo and Taekwondo poomsae or Tang Soo Do. Dynamic warm up exercises and cool down is included. Feel free to add stretching to increase your flexibility for high kicks and deep stances.

- Warming up: 3 min (10 sec / exercise)
- Kata practice: 6 min (2 min / sequence)
- Cooling down: 1 min (20 sec / exercise)

Note: You can repeat the kata part multiple times with different kata to extend your workout.
