Camping With Alpacka Rafts in Northern British Columbia

54.100834, -127.448018

Daniel, our samoyed dog Aspen and I (Starr) drove out to Morice Lake Provincial Park. It is a gorgeous forested area with a large glacier fed lake surrounded by mountains. The provincial park is far out on a backroad, we came across many bears and other wildlife while driving there! When we arrived we were the only ones there! We set up for the night and enjoyed the scenery! It was very peaceful and relaxing, minus the mosquitos. We made some veggie quesadillas and sat next to the campfire for the rest of the night. In the morning the lake was calm and we decided to blow up out Alpacka packrafts and give them a go. It was a cold morning with frost on all our gear. We paddled out on the gorgeous lake and took in the beauty of the surrounding mountains and glaciers. We even explored a little island! We got back, made breakfast then packed up and got ready to go. Thank you very much for watching! We hope you enjoyed out little video! Have a wonderful day!
