Many versions of these headlamp lift motors were made, yet, in common to all, are failed underrated Diodes, contaminated porous oil lite sintered bronze bearings, failed crumbling attempt at waterproofed rubberized gaskets, unsealed non-waterproof RTV coatings, solidified greases, and the use of corrosive steel in their conductors. We re-address all the above and better parts and repairs evolve as seen here.
