Full Workout:
1. 2x15 (each leg) walking lunge - option to use resistance like I did with the plate overhead.
2a. Hip Circle Lateral Walk 3x15 steps (each side)
2b. Back Extensions 3x10
3. Deadlifts: 3x5 @7RPE, then -5% for AMRAP
4. GIANT SET
a. Split Stance RDL 4x10
b. Hip Thrust 4x10
c. KB Front Rack Narrow Squat 4x10
d. Reverse Sled Pull 4 laps
5a. McGill Big 3 (2 Rounds)
5b. DB RDL 2x20 (plus drop set on last round)
