五月開始全國各大海域就已進入3～4個月的休漁期，不過在浙江千島湖，每年六月都會迎來盛大的鰱魚、鱅魚豐收季——這種胖頭魚是中國人餐桌上的常客，千島湖則是這一食材最重要的產地之一。今天就帶大家去千島湖見識一下別開生面的巨網捕撈，品嘗當地最特色的魚頭湯和全魚宴！
Seas nationwide have entered into fishing-off season which would last 3-4 months since May. But in June each year the Qiandao Lake, Zhejiang ushers in a harvest season of bighead fish which is commonly seen on the dining table of Chinese. Qiandao Lake is one of the most important producing area of such bighead fish. Today we’re going to take you to the lake for a special huge-net fishing, and to have a taste of the authentic fish head soup and all-fish feast.
