今天是美食台三週年。
三年前我們從一碗白米飯出發,每天教做一道菜,三年後,我們則想帶大家去體驗中國各地特色的飲食風情。米,依然是我們新的出發點。今天請大家吃米花糖,它是很多九零年前生人最熟悉的童年零食,從米到米飯、陰米,再到米花,小小一塊米花糖,其繁複的製作工藝令人大開眼界。
Today is the three year anniversary of Foodvideo.
Three years ago we started with a bowl of rice and shared one recipe every day; three years later, we want to take you further on the journey of food, to experience different food culture in various parts of China. Rice also marks our new departure. Today, we entertain you with candied popped rice. It is the most familiar childhood snack of many born before 1990. From seed to rice, dried rice, to popped rice, though it is just a small piece of candied popped rice, the complex production process is an eye-opener.
