Against The Odds - Overlooked 1700's Relics On A Dreamy Fall Day

A hunch lead me to a nice spot in the woods. The area seemed detected before, but my metal detecting "radar" was working well that day. I kept walking from one target to another, as if the finds were all over the place, which (I'm pretty sure) wasn't the case.

1700's buttons were the most common finds, hence the title of this video. I don't think, there was a special reason why the finds were there. People from 18th century were probably simply "around", passing through. Maybe collecting mushrooms in white wigs and their fancy clothes! ;)

It was a short, but rewarding relic hunt (in my opinion). When my knife sheath fell off, I took it this time as a sign to leave. The dreamy fall day would be reason enough for a walk in the woods.

I hope you enjoyed this short adventure.
Thanks for watching.
