It Started With Old Bottles! Metal Detecting In "Industrial Area"

This relic hunt started with old bottles and turned into a proper metal detecting outing, with some interesting 1800's artifacts.
The beginning was difficult because my XP Deus struggled with strong EMI, even in its highest frequency. I used the elliptical HF coil. Fortunately it got better as the hunt progressed. My goal that day was to scout the location a bit (this was more or less the same area you saw in the previous video).

During this time I was fortunate to make a few nice finds mostly from the 1800's era. There were buttons with makers id's (from France and probably other countries).

I also discovered a nice wind protection cap from a 19th century tobacco pipe, with stamp (logo) and manufacturers address (Jerusalemer Street in Berlin).

There was nothing "fancy" this time, although for me it doesn't have to be as I find all finds interesting. I hope you enjoyed this #metaldetecting trip.
