TRUFFLE LONDON REVIEW | HALAL BURGER DIY KIT

I decided to check out Truffle London's DIY kit in today's video and was not disappointed! This 90 day dry aged burger is absolutely fantastic and has an intense beefy flavour, which is balanced out by the additional condiments (caramelised shallot mayonnaise, tomato chutney, pickles etc.). However, please take note, it's not a burger for everyone due to its richness!

Also, I was a little frazzled in the video from terrible maths to not reading the instructions properly - sorry!

Halal status: The 90 day dry aged beef is halal. The bacon is not - please avoid.
