London has seen a massive boom in Uyghur restaurants opening up all over the city. Uyghur food comes from the region of Xinjiang in China and takes inspiration from the numerous countries that it borders: China, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, India etc.

One of the originals, Etles Uyghur, have now opened their second branch in Finchley Road so I decided to check it out !

We ordered:
- Samsa
- Tugur dumplings
- Beef Lehgmen noodles
- Da Pan Ji (big plate chicken)
- Kawap (cumin lamb skewers)

Their original branch is in Walthamstow on Hoe Street and is worth the visit.
