💪 Core Strengthening for Your Dog! 🐾

Here’s a fun exercise to engage your dog’s whole body with a focus on their core! Fenway loves this one, and Wrigley is catching on quickly.

🛠️ What you’ll need:
Two low platforms or stable blocks.

👉 How to start:
1️⃣ Place the platforms side by side and let your dog get comfy lying down on them.
2️⃣ Gradually add a gap between the platforms as they get more confident. Start small and increase the gap over time (like in the video!). If the gap is too much, like it was for Wrigley, shrink it back down to make it easier.
3️⃣ Reward every little effort—they’re working hard! 🙌

💡 Bonus: See if you can ask your dog to stand up from the down, then fold back into it—it’s another great challenge for them! You will see me do this with Fenway in this video.

🐕 Tip: Keep sessions short and fun! Like any core workout, this one is tiring but oh-so-rewarding.
