No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients
Crust
2 cups Crushed Graham Crackers
2 Tbsp White sugar
7 to 8 Tbsp Melted butter
Cheesecake
2 bars or 450 Grams Cream Cheese, Room temperature
1 can 300ml Condensed milk ,Chilled
1 cup All purpose cream or Heavy Cream
3/4 cup Strawberry puree
1/4 cup water
2 sachet Unflavored gelatin
Drops of Red food color (Optional)
Toppings and Filling
4 pcs Strawberries
1 cup Chopped strawberries

8x3 Cheesecake pan
Chill for 6 hours
