Jump rope 10min

RDL to Row 12reps x4
Squat to shoulder press 12reps x4
Reverse lunge to bicep curl 16reps x3
Sumo Deadlift 10reps x4

Superset
Straight hanging leg raise 10reps
Bent hanging leg raise 10reps
2 rounds

Ab circuit
V sit 30sec
Knee circles 16reps
Dead bug 20reps
3 rounds
