0:05 Their son who's apparently a mechanic just replaced the brake pads but left the caliper bolts loose. This is what the mechanic said "The caliper came loose and screwed up the rim, Rotors, pads, and the electric parking brake actuator. Customer drove on it for a few days without noticing the grinding noise.".

0:49 From what I've read/heard GMC Acadian's are well known for their water leaks, which seem to happen because of clogged sunroof drains or leaking around the sunroof (weather-stripping).

1:34 Somebody drained the differential on this M1075A1 and didn't fill it back up with gear oil. So it got VERY hot!
1:48 Customer complaint was turn signal will not cancel on their new Toyota Corolla. They had something hanging on the turn signal which would prevent it from coming back.

2:19 Customer installed outer tie rod himself then brought it in for an alignment. You're suppose to install the nut, then cotter pin.
2:26 As described. Customer declined ball joint replacement and it came back a week later on a tow truck because the lower ball joint snapped.
2:34 Customer said windshield wipers weren't working properly and the mechanic found A LOT of dog food under the cowl prevent the motor arms/linkage on moving properly.
