This back routine puts a huge emphasis on getting a thicker and wider back with some of the top activation exercises for every section of your back anatomy.

EXERCISE 1 : BARBELL DEADLIFT
PROGRESSIVE ECCENTRIC
3 Sets @ 2-4 Reps each set

EXERCISE 2 : BARBELL DEADLIFT
(SUPERSET FINISHER)
1 Set @ 12 Reps and Superset with Pull-ups
Until Failure (BRUTALLY HARD!)

EXERCISE 3: CABLE LAT PULL-INS
(T:30 SETS)
3 SETS @ 30 Seconds “time under tension”

EXERCISE 4: UNDERHAND LAT PULLDOWN
(ANABOLIC DROPSET)
2 SETS @ 8-10 Reps on 1ST Set, drop weight
30% and Do Another 8-10 Reps On “The Drop”

EXERCISE 5: PULLOVERS
(T:30 SETS)
3 SETS @ 30 Seconds “time under tension”

EXERCISE 6: DB 1 ARM ROW
PROGRESSIVE ECCENTRIC
2 SETS @ 8-10 Reps each arm. Heavy +
Controlled Reps = Gains!

EXERCISE 7: BARBELL HYPEREXTENSION
(FINISHER - IT’S BRUTAL!)
2 Sets @ 12-15 reps. This will also hit
Your hamstrings + glutes
