WHY WEIGHTED AB TRAINING IS A MUST!

If you want a great set of six pack abs weighted ab training is a must. Today i'm breaking down my easy 10 minute post workout ab routine that will give you perfect abs if you stay consistent with it. The good news is by incorporating weighted ab training in your routine you can have visible abs without having extremely low body fat levels. In this video my body-fat percentage is about 15% yet I have six pack abs because i've built the actual 6 pack muscle. Follow along with this ab workout and make sure to include it in your workouts at least 3-4x per week for the fastest results. If you want to get abs fast this is your blueprint!
