My Ship: John Wilson Orchestra

John Wilson and his Orchestra play a beautiful arrangement of Kurt Julian Weill's atmospheric melody 'My Ship'. Composed in 1941 for the Broadway musical 'Lady in the Dark' with lyrics by Ira Gershwin.
The ship on this video was the MS Azores en route for the Baltic Sea and St Petersburg..... Enjoy the sunset and ship's watery wake as the Port of Hull in the U.K. recedes into the distance.
