KTCA Channel 2 PBS - Announcement of Doctor Who airing mistake

On October 3, 1986, KTCA Channel 2 was supposed to show Part 1 of the Mind of Evil, but accidentally showed Part 2 instead. On October 10, they aired this announcement regarding that mistake and then proceeded to show both parts.

Instead of giving us a bland announcement of their mistake, they gave us a Doctor Who themed explanation for the mistake. Obviously someone at KTCA was a fan and decided to have some fun with this announcement.
