WHAT I EAT FOR HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS 💕 My Diet + Workout Routine in Bali

Hi loves! In this vlog, I'm showing you how we actually LOST WEIGHT traveling in Bali. This is what we did most days while we were in Seminyak - showing you a day of eating and a workout - I always do BBFIT online studio workouts when travelling https://bbfit.vhx.tv/browse 💕

We would wake up and intermittent fast OR have breakfast if we were hungry. Then we went to Soham Wellness Center in Seminyak and would do a workout there and then swim in the pool or work by the pool and tan. After we would get brunch/lunch somewhere healthy like KYND where we go in this vlog for delicious vegan/ plant-based meals and then we would head to a beach club and get sunset drinks and dinner! It was total paradise!

We want to move to Bali now! Haha!!
