10 MIN BUTT LIFTING WORKOUT // No-Equipment Home Workout to TONE + SHAPE your butt

Hi loves!! This week I am bringing you one of your most requested workouts - a short + spicy booty workout to LIFT + TONE your butt!! If you are looking to shape/tone your butt without bulking the thighs, this workout is for you!!! You can repeat this class 3-5 times per week for best results and make sure to combine it with other workouts on my channel to ensure a well-rounded workout program involving all major muscle groups.
