10 MIN SLIM WAIST + BELLY TONING WORKOUT // Standing Pilates Abs + Waist Home Workout
This is my absolute favourite STANDING ABS + WAIST workout. This workout will give you an incredible ab toning and belly tightening workout without the pressure on your neck and joints that sometimes happens during floor-based belly and abdominal exercises. You can do this without any equipment, but for some added resistance try using some light 1-2 lb ankle weights.
