Marmalade Gin Liqueur #shorts

This marmalade gin liqueur is so easy to make, and far cheaper than a commercial version. Perfect for a Christmas present.

350 ml gin
125 g dark Seville orange marmalade
50 ml Aperol/Campari/red vermouth
2 pods cardamom (lightly crushed)

Put everything into a Kilner style jar, give it a swirl, leave for two weeks, filter, bottle and enjoy.

It is better left for another two weeks after straining if you can wait!
