Today I share a really heartfelt conversation with a gorgeous women, Annette White. Annette knows the power of a bucket list and is the author of Bucket List Adventures, boss at buck & co. and creator of the award-winning travel blog, Bucket List Journey.

Annette’s mission is to give every person in the world the tools and inspiration to live their bucket list life, conquer their fears and reach their goals, one baby step at a time.

Riddled with hypochondria and crippling anxiety, ten years ago, Annette made a decision to take control back over her life. With debilitating fear and thoughts of ‘what if?’ creeping into everything she did, she was exhausted. It was time to rewire her mindset and make some promises to herself.

“One. Never let fear make my decisions. Two. Start living my bucket list. Those two promises changed my entire life. It wasn't easy to stay true to the promises, but I was changing the thought process by taking little tiny baby steps every single day,” Annette says.

“I knew that I had to do something. I was too scared to even take medication. So, I read a lot. I kept a journal of every negative or fearful thought I had and then next to it, I would write the positive thought. This was about two months of retraining my brain to stop thinking negative thoughts. I slowly began to recognise them and flip them around,” she said.
