In this video, I’m going to share with you several tips that will help you prevent and defuse arguments with your spouse. It’s such a simple example of how to prevent arguments with your husband or wife if you are in business together.

I’m going to begin by talking about a few ways to prevent arguments with your spouse.
It’s super important that you choose roles wisely and make sure you know who is responsible for taking care of the various jobs and who is best at doing those tasks.

You’d be amazed at how simple it can be to prevent an argument from happening with your husband or wife just by doing this one simple tip.

Delegate the roles into blue jobs and pink jobs, allocate the jobs to suit the business first, then to suit the person with the best skills to do the job and finally outsource the jobs in your business you either don’t know how to do, or simply don’t like to do.
