We sometimes try to fix ourselves and wash over the imperfections in an attempt to become more positive and light. Allana believes that this is a temporary bandaid and we will continue to come up against these demons until we really look at them.

When Mama’s happy, everybody’s happy. “You have to put your oxygen mask on first. I was a single motherless mum and I was determined not to be a cranky victim, so I could be a really great mom when he was with me, which was only half the time. I knew I needed to make those times really count for us both,” she says.
