Your own self esteem goals and values are really important if you want to build your self confidence.

Often we follow other people's beliefs about what goals and dreams should be, and this usually leads to disappointment and ultimately failure, because we are not truly aligned with our own goals and values.

People often ask me how to build self confidence, and I always say that when you're following your own true values, implementing these values into your daily actions and goals, then you will start to see results that means something to you.

This in turn leads to further success, which ultimately helps grow your self confidence and the compound effect grows.

Seems simple but daily action needs to be taken and knowing your own goals and values will give you the self confidence in life and long term help grow your self esteem.
