This is one of the most common questions I get from people in pain: "Dr. Charlie my case is unique- How are you going to help me? Are you going to customize this since there's something special about my case? Are you going to do the same thing with me that you do with everyone else?" And my answer is abso-freakin-lutely!

You would want me to do the same thing with you!...
