Qigong for Back Strength and Circulation - Relaxing as Well 🙂
Here is a gentle Qigong exercise and routine that can help develop back strength, stability, and increase circulation.
While it's helpful for the back, it is also a good short routine to practice anytime as it can increase circulation in the kidney, bladder, Du, and Dai mai meridians. And, it can help you feel relaxed, light, and strong!

This routine is centered around a Qigong exercise called “Rolling the Hands Backwards.” It is used in many Qigong practices and is very popular. It can be good for the back and core strength, and it can also be very relaxing. It's quite easy to find the Flow State during this exercise and short routine.
Give it a try and come join us in the Communi Qi!

I'm Jeffrey Chand, an acupuncturist, practitioner of Traditional Chinese medicine, and Qigong instructor.
I am incredibly passionate about sharing simple Qigong practices because I have directly witnessed how helpful it can be for a variety of health issues, prevention, emotional/mental health, and even spiritual health.
The style that I try to present is simple but effective, because it is based on several Qigong traditions, clinical experience, physical therapy, traditional and modern medicine, and from working with many people from a variety of backgrounds.
This style can be practiced if you are an absolute beginner and if you already have experience in Qigong or Tai Chi.
If you are curious, give Qigong practice a try and I am sure you will notice benefit to your health and wellness :)
To get the full benefit of qigong practice I would highly recommend practicing full routines which can be found in the "Communi Qi."
