Santa Cruz de Bravo 1901-1912, the then capital of the territory of Quintana Roo 🇲🇽
Today traveled from Tulum, running away from the nuisance noise of the tourism in mass and visited the old capital of the then new territory of Quintana Roo, Santa Cruz de Bravo after the official pacification of the site by my great grandfather general Ignacio A. Bravo, in the name of the federal government.
Visited the city, which it’s call today Carrillo Puerto, many times before, and I have visited this site before, ignoring what it was or its significance, historically speaking.
Called mr. Mario Chan Colli and he offered to show me the site of the first electrical power generator and first potable water pump, installed during the government of my ancestor, and here’s the video clip. Hope you enjoy it …
